Alphabet Challenge Time

Hello Friends!
It's time once again for a new challenge over on the Alphabet Challenge Blog.
Today's letter is "G"
for
GLITZ or GRUNGE
I chose Glitz ...

I've actually had this beautiful Poppystamps 'Large Winterland Faerie'
die cut and sitting on my work table for some time now.

Poppystamps - Dies - Large Winterland Faerie
Today I decided  it was time she put on a sparkly dress and adorned the front of a card
as a 'ballerina'!  It's hard to see, but her ballet slippers also sparkle.

The background paper I've used is from the Echo Park
6x6 'Happy Birthday' paper pack.   And, the star was die cut from pink card stock
using the largest die in the Tutti Designs Nesting Stitched Stars die set.

I hope you'll come join in our challenge fun and
I look forward to being inspired by your creation!!  See you there!
Thanks so much for stopping by...
As always . . .

  6. Oooh, you turned your fairy into a ballerina and it's perfect! Love how you used the star as a mat to emphasize both the dancer and the sentiment. I do see the sparkle on her slippers. This must be spectacular IRL. Don't you have a ballerina in the family? Or maybe that was you in your younger days. At any rate, this card is fabulous!
