Morning all!
With the craft show nearly here, I've ended up with a lot
of scraps from projects. Mainly a pile of long scraps
left over from making tissue box covers and also the hole opening
panels from the lids ...
So, why not use them up by making sets of 'Just A Note' cards
Since these panels are smaller than my card base,
and I didn't want the extra weight of another card stock panel for the matting,
I simply used a Medium Point Silver Metallic Pilot Pen to
put an EDGE around each panel (except the actual sentiment).
Two sets down and a few more ready to put together (see above)
and I still have those panels to work with that I shared in the first photo.
I'd better get busy! LOL

Gorgeous, what a fab idea.xxx
ReplyDeleteI love this idea and I have a gold pen I could use instead of the silver. Also may look into a Silver pen too. Thanks for inspiring me!
ReplyDeleteThey are just beautiful papers, I really love the one with the two rectangles and the ovals out of paper too, your pen border is a perfect touch, great script die for the sentiment! I am sure these will go over very well, good luck!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tip of the silver pen around the layers! :D Fab just a note cards!
ReplyDeleteThat is a great way to use the scraps and I bet they sell well too.
ReplyDeleteGreat way to use your scraps.
