Double D Challenge - Flowers of the Month

Hello Dear Friends!

It's time once again for a new challenge over on the Double D Challenge Blog!
I'm happy to say I am hosting today's challenge and today's theme is:

Flowers of the Month (July thru December)

July - Larkspur~Delphinium, or Water Lily
August - Poppy or Gladiolus
September - Aster or Morning Glory
October - Cosmos or Marigold
November - Chrysanthemum
December - Paper White Narcissus or Holly

and here's an inspiration board I've created to help get you started . . .

As you can see, I went with Poppies and actually took the quick & easy way out by letting the designer paper do all the work.  I simply added a sentiment and die cut corners.

The sentiment is Penny Black - Awesome (#51-333) and the corners are Cheery Lynn Designs.

 awesome picture

The background paper is a from a 12 x 12 Anna Griffin sheet ... I've had it for years.  Too pretty to cut up but finally did it!  LOL

The prize offering to one lucky player this challenge is this beautiful stamp set:

But you have to play to win!!

Be sure to pop over to our Double D Challenge Blog and check out what the design team ladies have created ... they are amazingly talented and I'm sure you'll find more wonderful inspiration!

Hope to see you there!

As always . . .
