The Sisterhood of Crafters - Fall Colors

 Hello my friends!

Today I have a card for the new challenge over on The Sisterhood of Crafters!

Our theme, chosen by Sistah Vickie is:

FALL COLORS

If you have never experienced the colors of Fall, you are missing out on an amazing time of year!  Today, I have paid homage to the beautiful golden colors of fall and how they can 'glow' against the sky!  Mother Nature is an amazing artist!!

Idyllic Floral Scene Old Tree Stamp by Nellie's Choice

I have used Cosmic Shimmer Gilding Flakes & Glue for my tree ... stamped onto black card stock and then fussy cut around.

My background sky paper is by Altenew, called 'Celestial'.

I hope you'll come join in our challenge fun at The Sisterhood of Crafters!

My 'sistahs' have created some fabulous creations to help inspire you ...
be sure to pop over and check them out!

As always, thanks SO MUCH for taking the time to stop by!

  3. Wow! The tree with gilding flakes is jaw dropping! Great idea to do it on black against that awesome paper. We would have to drive a ways to see much fall color here, other than in home gardens. I have one yellow maple tree, one that's always red, and another that is still totally green.

  4. Beautiful and gorgeous card, love these colours together. I just put up a couple of tutorials on my group page re the gilding flakes, mush easier than using this glue... xx
