It's Fussy and Fancy Time!

Hello Everyone!
It's time once again for a new challenge over at the
 Fussy and Fancy Friday Challenge
This new challenge is hosted by Beth and the theme she has chosen is
FALL BINGO

I have chosen to use the 2nd line down/across:  Shaped Card, Butterfly, Fall Leaves, Color Orange & Die Cut.
I was actually able to use some off cuts I had laying on my work table for today's creation.  For instance, my sentiment is a Penny Black sentiment set called AWESOME (#51-333).  I had the top panel cut and laying around but then of course I had to die cut a couple more from scrap orange card stock and glue them together for dimension.

The squares were also off cuts from another project and they were cut using the Tutti Designs Dotted Nesting Squares from a watercolor panel I had created using Tim Holtz oxide distress inks.  Speaking of watercolor panels.  I have used a 'bumpy' watercolor paper panel (thanks Doni) that I inked up using Tim Holtz oxide distress inks Fire Brick & Spiced Marmalade for my background panel.

The dies I have used for my fall leaves are Elizabeth Craft 'Garden Notes Ivy Vine' (#1297) and Impression Obsession 'Leaves' (#DIE095).  They too have been die cut from a scrap of watercolor paper then I've added a sponging of Peeled Paint Oxide Ink to the edges of the ivy.
The butterflies were created using  the Double Embossed Butterfly Stickers  from the  Stamp On It company.  I have used the GOLD butterflies (I also have silver) over orange foil DCWV card stock then did some fussy cutting.
To achieve my 'shaped' card, I simply cut the corners from my A6 card.  I don't do well with shaped cards so I'm hoping this qualifies lol.   A few dots of Nuvo orange and yellow crystals drops and my card is complete.
I hope you've enjoyed my card today and are inspired to come join in our challenge.  And, for more awesome inspiration be sure to pop over and see what my team mates have created ... OMG, so much talent on this team!!

  15. Awesome Autumn card, Darlene. The colours are stunning. Love the colours of Fall, but Fall, not so much. It means that Winter is on it's way and I don't like the cold :-)
    Have a great day.
