HAPPY NEW YEAR
Mix It Up Challenge Friends ...
A new month means time for a new challenge over on the Mix It Up Challenge Blog.
Remember, this is a monthly Anything Goes challenge but with a fun twist
that you can choose to join in on ... or not! This month's theme is:
ANYTHING GOES / PAPER PIECING
I haven't done a paper pieced card in a long time and since I was still trying to get my holiday cards made and sent out at the last minute, I have one more holiday card to share with you today.
I don't have a lot of details to share with you today but this is a pretty
simple card design.
I've used the following dies ...
Die-namites 'Holiday Bells' (#98950)
My paper piecing is obviously done within the bells and I've used designer paper from the Echo Park 6x6 paper pad called 'My Favorite Winter'. This paper is reversible so I simply used the cut off strip down the center and turned the corners down for a little added character. A few sequins as an accent and VIOLA!
I do hope you'll pop over to the Mix It Up Challenge Blog and join in the fun!
You have until 6 PM EST the last day of the month to enter!
I'm so inspired by the rest of our amazing DT
and I can't wait to be inspired by YOUR project!
As always, thanks SO MUCH for taking the time to stop by!
An absolutely gorgeous card with beautifully paper-pieced bells! I love the dies you've used!

The bells are beautiful done with the printed papers! I need to remember to use my dies with printed papers--thanks for the inspiration!
ReplyDeleteYour bells look lovely all done up in the Christmas paper. Love the background paper too. You know me, it's almost always the first thing I look at - the pretty papers. I'm such a paper addict :-) Love the fun design too. I may have to case your card in the near future. Thanks for the inspiration, my friend.
