Hello Dear Friends & Happy New Year!
We are excited today to be celebrating our 4th Anniversary ... wow!
So our new challenge at the Double D Challenge Blog
is a fun one that Diane is hosting ... Celebrating with some PUNCH!
A little play on words ... use those neglected PUNCHES on your creations.
Here's the mood board Diane created for inspiration but remember to use your PUNCHES!!
I was inspired by the lower left corner image with the cherries ...
here's what I've created.
I've had this background paper for YEARS and it called out to me today LOL.
The punches I have used are both Martha Stewart ...
the dark green vine punch at the top and the small yellow butterflies
I die cut the Memory Box 'Sweet & Sour Cherries' die from both green & red card stock then paper pieced the red cherries over top of the green. The white circle was hanging on my extras's board and I liked how it 'broke up' the background paper just a bit as well as added extra dimension. I've added a Tutti Designs sentiment to finish off my card.
Diane has this fabulous Lawn Fawn 'Make Lemonade' Stamp & Die set as the
prize to one lucky random winner. WOW! How cool is that!! Remember ... you gotta play to win!
Be
sure to pop over to our Double D Challenge Blog and check out what the design
team ladies have created ... they are amazingly talented and I'm sure
you'll find more wonderful inspiration!
