Sisterhood of Crafters - Thinking of You

Hello Friends!
It's time for the first challenge of 2020 at The Sisterhood of Crafters!
Our hostess today is Debbie and the theme we are to create with is:

(be sure those words are obvious on your creation)

I have created a clean & simple card today which could be
used for either sympathy or encouragement.  I seem to have a very
long prayer list these days and always in need of a card
so that was my inspiration for today's theme.

My background paper comes from a 6x6 Mintay by Karola
paper pack called 'Dreamer'.    I have used an OLD Martha Steward 3-in-1 butterfly
punch for my butterflies as well as an OLD Spellbinder Labels 4 die set
to show case my Hero Arts stamp & die set called 'Prayers'.

I hope you'll come join in our challenge fun at The Sisterhood of Crafters!
My 'sistahs' have created some fabulous creations to help inspire you ...
be sure to pop over and check them out!

 See you there!

As always, thanks SO MUCH for taking the time to stop by!

  1. Beautiful and peaceful card, love those clouds.x

  2. Very pretty card and those clouds are the perfect background!!

  3. Darlene, this card is wonderful and will definitely be a comfort to anyone on your prayer list. Love those pretty little butterflies, which I try to put on my sympathy cards. Love that background paper as well. Having a card like yours on hand helps in those times when we need them the most. I need to use yours as inspiration to get my stash going. Thanks for that!

  4. What a lovely card my friend. Loving those clouds!

  5. Soothing, inspirational and spiritual. Love your card, Darlene!

  6. Beautiful background and so peaceful too. This is a lovely sympathy card creation.

  7. A lovely, soothing, thoughtful card, Darlene. I do not have that Mintay pad. Wouldn't recognize this piece as Minty as it's much different from their usual. It makes a nice background. If this is any indication, the collection is aptly named as "Dreamer". That's the most perfect butterfly punch, and the big "prayers" is beautiful!

  8. Oh my is that ever pretty, I just love that paper for a thinking of you and letting someone know they are being lifted up in prayer!

  9. I love this one Darlene! Very uplifting and pleasing.

  10. Happy New Year Dar! Your card is beautiful and really says it all... Enjoy your day my friend

  11. You and me both, dear friend. I feel like this year started with a long list of prayer request for me, my family and dear friends. Let's hope it gets better and quickly :-) Love your card, Darlene, simple but meaningful and very elegant. Just perfect!
    Have a wonderful weekend.
    Big hugs,
