Old Goats Club

Hello Again Dear Friends

I was having a little fun this afternoon and created this fun card.  Now, I must admit, I might have to be a little cautious who I send this card to ... I'm sure you understand . . . LOL!

The challenge I have the pleasure of joining in today is

Art Impressions

The dies I have used to create my scene are:

Lawn Fawn Grassy Hillside Borders

Lawn Fawn - Grassy Hillside Borders Dies

Paper Rose 'Flying Birds' (#17361)
Jeanine's Art 'Tree Border' (#JAD10029)
Memory Box 'Fanciful Fences' (#30035)
JoyCraft! 'Clouds' (#6002/0199)

And this FUN stamp set is by Art Impressions and called Old Goat Set (#AICS37).

I have colored my 'goat herd' using Spectrum Noir alcohol markers, fussy cut them and popped up the goat on either end with dimensional tape for added dimension.

A couple other challenges to share in:

Simon Says Wednesday Challenge - Humorus / Fun
Cute Card Thursday Challenge #651 - No Patterned Paper
Moving Along with the Times Challenge #122 (Sept) - Create a Scene

As always, thanks SO MUCH for taking the time to stop by!

  1. Haha Great goat card, aren't these goats just the funniest, I know my brother will get a big kick out of them (the one looks just like him)! Fabulous scene you have created with them, can't stop laughing!

  2. How fun is this, love how you have colored them and you have created a fantastic scene. I can see how some people might not like to think of themselves as old, but I think most would think it was a very fun card!!

  3. Oh, hahahaha! I love this stamp set and have only used it once, for shame. It's still in my NBUS basket so I won't forget it. Seriously, Darlene, this is the cutest scene with all the dies you put together. I had to laugh at Diane's comment, too, about one of the goats looking like her brother, tee hee! I will be using this for some birthdays soon, but probably will be ladies. This is just so darn fun to look at! Oh, and I notice the seagulls in the sky, too.
