Happy Sunday Friends!
Today I have a card to share that I created for a sketch challenge my friend Diane (Nellie's Nest) directed me to. I wasn't sure what theme I was going to use with this sketch but here's what I ended up with and I've very pleased with the outcome.
The challenge I'm referring to is the Tuesday Morning Sketch Challenge.
I've had this image in my stash for quite some time and thought it would work well with these papers from Mintay. I've used Memory Box 'Pinpoint Square Layers' dies (#30060) to die cut the image and Tutti Designs 'Stitched Nesting Tags' for my tag.
I must admit I enjoy working with a sketch!
To me, the first element for my creation has been done for me! LOL
Thanks so much for stopping by today!!
Christmas is right around the corner ... GEESH Time is Flying!
Be safe out there my friends!!
Stay Healthy!
Just stunning. Adore the image and the design

Ahh, I love me a woodsy card! Beautiful image, and I like your vertical rendition of the sketch. The little tag is cute. I've been collecting sketches lately, but hardly remember to use them.

ReplyDeleteLovely card. thank you for your comments on my blog
ReplyDeleteThat is a great image and I love the paper you used with it and tied your tag!
ReplyDeleteThis is so wonderful. I love the rustic feel of it.
ReplyDeleteLove this card, Darlene. It has such a masculine appeal to it and you know how I struggle with masculine cards, so this is just awesome inspiration. Is your birch design pattern paper, or real birch bark. It looks so real! I have a friend that has a lot of birch trees in her property and she often uses the bark on her cards. Gives it such an earthy look :-)
ReplyDeleteHave an awesome Monday!
Hugs,
Lena
