Perfectly CAS Challenge #29

Hello Friends!

Today starts a new challenge over on the Perfectly CAS Challenge Blog.
Here's our theme for the month of July . . .

I just LOVE how this card came together!
Awhile back, my BFF Diane sent me a few washi tape panels that she had created using the Altenew Wide Geo Rainbow Washi Tape and I thought it would make a fun, festive creation for someone's birthday.

The scrap of washi panel I cut from the bottom of my vertical strip was just big enough to die cut this balloon.  I then outlined it with a Gold Pilot Marker and popped it up with dimensional tape.  And of course a few sequins worked out nicely for added sparkle.

My sentiment comes from one of the Creative Expressions 'Birthday' Wordies Sentiment Sheets.  I simply cut it into pieces to make it fit where I wanted it.

Bakers twine was used for my balloon string ... VIOLA!
Ready to brighten someone's day!

I hope you will join in the challenge - just make sure you understand the rules.
For all the rules check out the 'How To Play' TAB under our challenge header.

The challenge is all about helping you stay
within 1/3 of your card to make sure it is CAS.

I look forward to seeing what you create.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
As always . . .
