Special . . .

Hello Dear Friends!
Today I'm joining in the sketch fun over at the CAS(E) this Sketch Challenge blog.

Here is the sketch I was working from ...

You know when you have too many things laying around
on your craft table when you can construct an entire
card without much thought or work!  As I have with this creation.

The pink card stock used for my background was in my scrap box,
I simply cut it to fit the card base and embossed it using this beautiful
Anna Griffin Roses embossing folder.

The image is from a sheet I purchased at an online Etsy shoppe
and even though I know the name of the sheet (Tea Flower), I'm sorry
to say I don't recall whose Etsy shoppe I found it in.

The pretty pink butterflies were in my stash and I know
they came from the Martha Stewart 3-in-1 Butterfly punch and the
'Special' die is by Tutti Designs.  Nuvo white crystal drops were
used on and around the butterflies which added another
textural element.

I'm quite pleased with the outcome and  want to thank CAS(E) this sketch for
the fun challenge.

Thanks for stopping by ...
As always ...

I immediately thought of your tea ladies when I saw this. Wow, what a gorgeous image! And so nice that you had all these beautiful parts just laying around waiting to be combined so perfectly. The Anna Griffin folder couldn't be a more lovely match. Pretty sure I have that folder. The butterflies and the Nuvo drops all scattered around -- also perfect. I like this sketch which gives you room to play, and playing is SO much FUN!
