Hello Friends!
It's time once again for a new challenge at the Double D Challenge Blog and, it's another fun theme chosen by Diane ... also check out the amazing mood board she has designed to inspire you!
Our theme is:
BUTTERFLIES
Here's the mood board Diane has created . . .
As you will see, I was inspired by the butterflies/flowers in the upper right corner for today's card. This was fun to create and I was able to pull out some of my older dies to create with today!
What do you think??
I knew immediately what flowers and butterflies I wanted to use for today's card. I love these OLD Cheery Lynn Designs butterfly dies ... as you can see, I have the larger set and the smaller set, which works perfectly for a design such as this. The flowers are an older Memory Box 'Blushing Bouquet' (#98890) which I've die cut twice and popped one stem up in front of the other.
The ribbon bows I've had for a long time but never used (tells you I have way too many dies lol). It was purchased from Dies R Us when they had one of their international special sales. There are 2 different dies in the pack ... the other one has more loops ... by Lea'abilities.
