Santa Slimline

 Hello Friends and Welcome Back!

Today I have a SLIMLINE card to share with you!  This is only my 2nd slimline card, but I can see MANY more in my future!  (Ssshhh don't tell hubby but I've ordered dies specifically for this slimline style of design!  LOL)  Oh well ... what else am I going to do with all this EXTRA TIME in the cave!  Right?!?

Anyways ... my slimline card base measures 8 1/2 x 7 ... scored at 3 1/2.

I have used holiday plaid background paper from an 12 x 12 Ella & Viv paper pack called 'Perfectly Plaid' and the stamps and dies sets are Lawn Fawn 'Ho Ho Holidays'.

Lawn Fawn - Ho-Ho Holidays Stamps    Lawn Fawn - Ho-Ho Holidays Dies

I have used the Tutti Designs Dotted Nesting Squares as the background panels for my HoHo fun elements.

Such a fun and easy card to create!
I could have left it simply with the 3 images panels and a sentiment but
decided it needed a little snow & sparkle.

The hanging snowy panel was created with an old Martha Stewart punch
and the individual snowflakes are actually IRIDESCENT in color, NOT pink & yellow as they appear!  LOL

Diamond Stickles was used across the icy border as well as in the snowflake centers.
A dot of Nuvo white Crystal Drops was used at the start of my sentiment.

I doubt my craft shows will take place this year at our local High School
but if it does, I'll be ready with some fun 'slimline' cards to share.

I have a Cottage Cutz icicle border and I have no shame, I clicked on your pic to make bigger, had to see if you had a really LONG one. I would be jealous.
