Hello Everyone!
It's a new month and that means the start of a new monthly challenge
over on the Merry Little Christmas Challenge Blog.
Last fall I made a few new purchases and I couldn't resist this cute stamp & die set from Rubbernecker Stamps called 'Snowmen with Animals' (#1251) ... coordinating die (#1251D). So that's the stamp set I'm playing with today ... hope you like it!
Aren't they the cutest? LOL
I've used ZIG markers for the coloring today. The background was created using Tim Holtz distress oxide inks and spritzed with water to create the falling snow. The snow in the foreground was created with white liquid applique. When you heat it, it puffs up ... old but still cool! LOL
I didn't use the die to cut them out today. I started by cutting a mask so I could create the background with the plan to paper piece the scarves & hats but decided they were too small for my eyes to do all that cutting today so simply colored instead.
I hope you've enjoyed today's Christmas card and I can't wait to see what you create and share over at the Merry Little Christmas Challenge Blog.
Thanks so much for stopping by and wishing you a fabulous week ahead!
As always ...
I love snowmen and they are just too cute, that little one peeking around is sweet, great background you have done with it!
