Awhile back I was fortunate enough to win a beautiful set of stamps from the Unity Stamps Company called 'Fear Not'. And, as you can see, that's what I've chosen to create with today. These days it seems I can't have enough cards of encouragement so our anything goes theme gave me the opportunity to get a few more cards added to my stash.
BELOW was my original card idea before I decided to color in the flowers with Derwent Inktense
pencils and an artist brush. Since my card was already completed, I wasn't sure if it would improve the card or destroy it but I figured it was worth a try. LUCKILY it turned out okay ... Which do you like best?

ReplyDeleteWowie wow, this really grabbed me! The colors are intense and amazing! I like the colored flowers, I think, but it actually looks good either way. It's nice to send encouragement cards. We all need to know someone cares and is thinking of us.
ReplyDeleteI do love the vibrancy of Inktense, so magical to see them come to life when water is added. Pretty card with it's lacy trim and I agree we can never have too many cards of encouragement. Thank you for the inspiration.
