Hello Friends!
As promised, here is another winter time birthday card I created the other day. Even though we don't have any snow on the ground here in Akron, OHIO at the moment, it is still VERY cold (single digits & teens) so as I'm crafting in my cave with the heater on, I decided to look around Pinterest for a few 'snowy/cold' photos to use on today's cards. Here's one I'll share today and a couple more I'll share over the weekend.
This card is A7 (5x7) in size since the border is longer than my typical A6 cards. My focus image is actually a partial view of Crater Lake in Oregon. I've been to Crafter Lake and it is BEAUTIFUL! After printing my image onto glossy photo paper, I've simply added this pretty Sue Wilson 'Snowflake Border' (CED3019) along the side and the Tutti Designs 'Happy' and 'Birthday' .
Though difficult to see in the photo, I've used
Diamond Stickles to add sparkle to my snowflake border.
I do hope you're having a good week!
The weather in our country is so out of wack this year!
So if you are dealing with wacky weather, take a deep breath / say a prayer
and keep crafting!
