Hello Friends!
It's time for a new challenge over on the Double D Challenge Blog!
Team Diane is hosting today and the theme is:
The Skies are Gray!
(Be inspired by our Mood Board)
Here's the mood board Diane has created to help you get started . .
I was inspired by the color of course, as well as the cups with the hearts on them.
I was looking through my stash for some gray gingham paper but to no avail ... sigh!
So here's what I've come up with . . .
This pretty DCWV Basics background paper looks more toward brown in my photo but
trust me ... it is gray (as are the flowers) ... sometimes my camera has a mind of it's own!
I've had this fabulous Penny Black 'What's in your cup?' die set for awhile now
and finally had the opportunity to use it.
I've popped up the cup using dimensional tape. I also die cut the
'steam' twice and adhered them together for more dimension.
The sentiment is computer generated and I've used the
fabulous Sue Wilson 'stitched flags' to die cut the banner.
I love this die set ... I use it all the time!!
Here's one more peek at my finished card . . .
I hope you'll come join in our challenge fun!
Check out the fabulous prize Diane has up for grabs to one lucky random draw winner.
But, you need to play to win!!
Hope to see you there!
