  •  Please remember, to be eligible for the Prize, you will need to *Let us know on your blog or Social Media Post how the Photo Inspired You*.

Here's today's Inspiration Photo ...

WHAT INSPIRED ME??

The first thing that caught my attention was the Full Moon in the sky and the dark clouds floating past.   Looks COLD doesn't it?  And then the street lights and snow on the ground caught my eye.  So, here's what I came up with:

Here's a peek at the inside ...

After locating which Street Light dies I wanted to use I began by creating my background panel.  To do that, I first die cutting a circle of masking medium to create my moon.  After placing it on my white panel, I began sponging with various BLUE colors of Tim Holtz oxide distress inks until I was happy.

Next I used a white Gelly Roll pen to create the stars.

The main focus die is an older Memory Box die called 'Holiday Lamp Post Frame (#94049).

And the lamp post I used on the inside of my card to carry on the theme is from an old Cheery Lynn Designs set called 'Colonial Lamp Posts' (B130).

The snow mounds on the bottom of the card as simply strips of white card stock scraps torn to create the lumpy bumpy edge.

I do hope you will pop over to Inspiration Station
Come check out what the design team has created ... lots of fun inspiration from this team!  And then, join in the fun!  I look forward to seeing what YOU create.
