Dies R Us - Anything Goes with Dies R Us

Hello again!
Sorry about the three posts in one day but it happens!
Especially at the beginning of a new month!
With that being said, it's time once again for a new challenge at the Dies R Us Challenge Blog, and the theme is ANYTHING GOES ... BUT you must use product by companies carried at the Dies R Us Store.

That really makes it fun and easy for everyone to join in!
Especially now that they Dies R Us store is carrying much more than dies!
They have paper packs, inks, Nuvo, and much much more!

Here's what I came up with!

This was a quick and easy one layer card creation!
I simply sponged on some Tim Holtz Oxide Distress ink  (actually using what was left in my sponge applicator) to represent the sky then let the die cuts do the heavy lifting!

The dies I've used today are as follows:

Memory Box - Dies - Bird Branch Circle Frame
Impression Obsession - Dies - Sun & Moon
Sue Wilson Designs - Mini Sentiments Collection - Belated Birthday Wishes
After die cutting the circle frame from white card stock, I used my Spectrum Noir DG3 green alcohol marker to color the 'branch'.  The birds, sun & sentiment were all die cut from a scrap piece of goldenrod card stock.

VIOLA!

Be sure to pop over to the Dies R Us Challenge blog and see the amazing
designs from the design team.  Then, come join in the fun!  You
have until April 13th to share your project!

Who knows ... YOU might be the winner of a DRU Gift Voucher!!

Well that's it for me today!
Here's wishing you a FABULOUS week ahead!!
Thanks for stopping by ...
As always ...

  9. What a darling spring scene you've created Dar! The belated wishes die is a definite "must have" for me as I'm often a tad late on birthday's that come early in the month. I need to learn to look ahead I guess, but this die would solve that problem. ;0) Thanks for the inspiration!

  12. Hi Darlene... love the idea of having a guest designer for the challenge. I love the CAS simplicity and beautiful colors on your card. We are cold here in California for April so all these spring cards just make me smile.
