Double D Challenge - Valentine Love

Hello Dear Friends!

It's time once again for a new challenge over on the Double D Challenge Blog!
Diane is our host for today's challenge and the theme is:

 VALENTINE LOVE

and here's an inspiration board she has created to help get you started . . .

Obviously I took inspiration from the sweet pillow in the lower right hand corner.  I have really had to dig into my OLD stamp stash for this one!  The stamps I've used I'm sure are at least 8-10 years old and probably no longer available for purchase.

The word LOVE was created using a Martha Stewart clear stamp set of letters.  The set has both upper case and lower case.  Shamefully I must admit I've never used this stamp set.  But I'm sure at the time of purchase there was something I just had to HAVE it for!!!

The little heart stamp is by Stampendous and I've used a few scraps of gingham ribbon as my embellishment.  This was such a quick, easy & fun card to create!

  5. This is the perfect inspiration card for this challenge. So clever of you Dar, and I'm so glad you finally used those NBUS stamps. I so understand "having" to have something and then it sits there unused. Been there..... done that!
