Hello Friends and welcome back to my blog!
SO happy you stopped by!
Here's a fun inspiration board we've created to help get you started ...
I dug deep into my old, old dies for today's card.
But first, I pulled out a sheet of gold metallic paper and silver metallic paper as that was all I wanted to use on my card (along with white of course). I first cut 2 strips from the silver paper ... 1 at 1" and 1 at 1/2". Next I cut out my focus die ... Memory Box 'Glowing Candles' (#98661). I was so happy to see it was still available at Simon Says Stamps (note link).
Then in order to 'tie them together', I cut 2 strips from my gold metallic paper ... 1 at 1/2" and 1 at 1/4" and overlaid atop the silver panels.
It's one of the larger snowflakes in the Hunkydory 'Let it Snow' die set.
PLEASE be sure to pop over to THE BLOG and check out the amazing designs our design team has created for your inspiration. What a group of talented ladies!! Then come join in the fun!!

Oh, so gorgeous, Darlene! Love all the gold and silver! Lovely candles and beautiful snowflake! I tried to comment with Google, but wasn’t able to. I am totally confused about the commenting on some blogs. Anyways, this is Maria Patrick. Oh, and I thank you for the lovely Christmas card! Take care and Merry Christmas!!ReplyDelete

Wowie zowie, Darlene, I've never seen this die look so good! It's one of my oldies but goodies, too. The snowflake was the perfect finishing touch. There sure are a lot of pretty snowflakes in that collection!ReplyDelete
