Can You Handle The Pressure - Christmas

Hello Friends, thanks for stopping by today!

We have a new challenge starting today over on our new Can You Handle The Pressure Challenge Blog and the TWIST theme is 'CHRISTMAS'.  Remember, the twist is optional but you MUST use an embossing folder on our projects to qualify for the prize.  Heat embossing is also permitted but only in conjunction with an embossing folder.

Here's what I've created to inspire you today.

Talk about quick/easy and I think quite attractive, this embossing folder does all the heavy lifting for today's card creation.  I have had this EF for years and this is the first time I've used it.

I knew I wanted to add a little more 'something' so decided to create a poinsettia using the Poppystamps 'Stitched Poinsettia Trio' die set (#1608) and a sprig of holly (which I've snipped apart) which is an older die from Cheery Lynn Designs (B148).

I do hope you'll come check out our new blog and play along.
AND yep ... we will be offering prizes at our challenges ... that's always a fun surprise!

Here's today's prize offering . . .

Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by today,
I appreciate it more than you'll ever know!!

As always . . .

  9. I absolutely love this! A fabulous embossing folder - I think I may have something like it! I need a lot more cards and that seems like it could be a good batch card, with maybe a more simple embellishment? Thanks for the inspiration!
