Here's a fun inspiration board we've created to help get you started ...
As you can see, I was inspired by the image in the upper left corner.
That little snowman being mesmerized by the North Star is just precious so I tried my hand at creating a card that expressed the same feeling.
First I tore a strip of white card stock and used that as my horizon line before beginning my background inking. I have used various TH distress inks to create the background the splattered with white acrylic ink. The trees are Sue Wilson 'Winter Trees' - CED3041 and I have die cut the entire set except for one to create a small forest.
I have popped up the largest tree (the one in the front) for dimension and the Paper Studio Snowman (from Hobby Lobby) sticker is also popped up.

Beautifully created winter scene, perfect how it all came together and I actually thought the snowman was a die cut, he fit into the scene like he was made for it!!
