It's a Spring Thing

Hello friends!
It's time once again for a new challenge over on the Addicted to Stamps Challenge Blog.
Today, Lorraine is our hostess and the theme she has chosen is:

Spring Time

Isn't this a sweet image?
I've used Spectrum Noir alcohol markers for my coloring today.

My sentiment is computer generated and after printing,
I die cut the banner using one of the
Sue Wilson 'Stitched Flags'
Sue Wilson Designs - Frames & Tags - Stitched Flags

and popped it up using dimension tape.

Old, old, old acrylic dots were used in the upper corners
and my designer paper probably came from JoAnn' s and
is also very old.

I hope you'll come join in this FUN challenge
and there are prizes offered too!
Hope to see you there!!

As always, thanks SO MUCH for taking the time to stop by!

  1. This is just adorable! Love that cute little image and your coloring is great! I also love the sentiment. Around here it is rain, rain and more rain so the card is fitting!

  2. A fantastic card for our spring challenge Darlene. Such a sweet image and it's raining and blowing so hard here in the Netherlands. Not like Spring at all. Marlies

  3. Gorgeous spring card, love that stamp too. Bet you are looking forward to this season.xx

  4. This is such a cute couple and I love the Spring colors you used for them. Great card design.

  5. This is so sweet, Darlene! You have colored it brilliantly! Hugs, Darnell

  6. Perfect card and sentiment for spring

  7. What an adorable image! Pure sweetness! I love to walk in a warm spring rain. Wish we had some warmth to go with our sunshine. This is so pretty, Darlene. Relative simplicity with the pretty paper and sentiment. Good to use some of that old stuff, which most of mine is, but, hey, most of us have more than we can use in a lifetime, right? Hugs and happy day!

  8. So sweet these two children walking in the rain..Beautiful coloured Darlene and a very lovely card.
    Greetings Miranda
