Hello Tutti Friends!
Today I'm sharing a couple of cards using the same die two different ways from our May 2019 release. Be sure to pop over and see this latest 'magical' release at the Tutti Designs Store.
The die I'm using today is the Flying Fairy Scene
All
things Fairy & Magical related are really HOT right now and Tutti
has designed some amazing dies with that theme in mind in this latest
release!
For this card I've die cut the die simply from white card stock ... then cut another white panel using the largest die in the Tutti Designs Scalloped Stitched Rectangle Die set to create my background panel.
I
simply sponged on some Tim Holtz distress oxide ink to create the
sky/grass illusion, glued on my image and added touches of sparkle in
the 'sky'. I've also used Tutti Designs Happy & Birthday for my sentiment.
FOR MY SECOND CARD . . .
. . . using the same Flying Fairy Scene die, I've cut it apart to create this magical scene.
There
are many magical/mystical design papers available in the stores today
so I've used one for today's background then simply cut apart my die
using the fairy and lower mushroom border to create this scene. A few
stamped sentiments and this card is ready to bring a smile!
Please be sure to pop over to the Tutti Designs Store
and check out all of the fabulous dies available.

Two fabulous card, great use of that adorable die!!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cards, Darlene. You have such lovely dies. [Bunny]
ReplyDeleteI love the two ways of using that fairy. I have cut apart dies too so that I could get more mileage from them. These two cards are fantastic! I am not a fairy person but I love to see how others use them.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty on both of these, love your backgrounds with them and neat idea cutting the die apart for the second card, gives it a whole new look!
ReplyDeleteIt is magical! Look at those cute little mushrooms. It's absolutely gorgeous on both your backgrounds, and brilliant surgery on the second card!
