Hello Friends!
I've been wanting to play along in the new Joy Of Sets Tic Tac Toe Challenge so today I finally sat down and got busy creating. Here is their board ... I went with Torn, Silhouette & Window.
What do you think??
Torn - Snowy mounds from white card stock and though
difficult to see, Diamond Stickles used along
the top edges for icy sparkle.
Silhouette - The Christmas tree inside the window.
Window - Sue Wilson 'Kinetics Collection - Arched Window/Door'
I have had this Sue Wilson die for quite some time now and I must admit, this is the first time I've used it! Yikes ... that tells me I need to join in the NBUS (Never Before Used Schtuff) Challenge as well.
I have used various scraps to create today's card and believe me when I tell you I could wallpaper every room in my house (and I have a big house lol) with the amount of scraps I have in my stash! So I'm thrilled to be able to join in the fun over on the Pixie's Snippet Challenge #389.
I'm going to keep this post short & sweet today!
As always, thanks so much for stopping by!
You make my day with your encouraging comments ... THANKS!
A beutiful design. Love the idea

Lovely card, that tree behind the window with the red dots looks great!
ReplyDeleteWow, that's a pretty window and a cozy scene with the decorated tree. We both have NBUS coming out our ears, don't we? Mine are mostly stamps. I've gone nuts lately!
ReplyDeleteWelcome back Darlene - and what a lovely card as well. It looks so warm and inviting.

I think you rocked the torn (schparkly!), silhouette, and window, Darlene! It's like a page out of a book about Christmas eve ... and not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse ...! Love it! Thank you for sharing with everyone at NBUS! Keep well! Hugs, Darnell
ReplyDeleteThis is lovely Darlene - such a great use of that window - thanks for sharing and playing along with us at JOS this month.
