that will normally start on the FIRST Saturday of each month
and end on the last day of each month and it is
Love Those Pretty Patterned Papers
where the theme is to use your 'hoard' of pattern papers
you can read all about it HERE!

Hello Friends . . .

It's time for a new challenge over on our WORD POWER challenge blog!
Have you check it out yet?  If not, please come join us ... inspiration is welcomed!!

The world seems to be a total mess these days but this is still my motto . . .

Even though things in the USA seem to be a total mess right now, all you need to do is look beyond our political differences and see what people in other countries are dealing with.  We need to really stand back and take a look at what we are blessed to have and quit whining about what we don't have.

Okay ... I'm off my soapbox!

Today's quick & easy card comes from using a paper pack by Echo Park  called 'Let Freedom Ring'.  For the stars I die cut a panel from scrap white card stock using an old die from Poppy Stamps called 'Stitched Star Cutouts' (#1308).

You have until the LAST Thursday of the month to enter.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day ahead!

As always . . .

  1. Your card is fantastic with that beautiful plaid paper and I love that sentiment that's just perfect for the July 4th holiday. I hope we will continue to be free but in the meantime, I count my blessings every day because we still have so much to be grateful for. Happy Independence day!
