Peace on Earth Challenge #68

Hello Friends and welcome back to my blog!
SO happy you stopped by!

Today I have a card to share for the new challenge over on the PEACE ON EARTH CHRISTMAS CHALLENGE BLOG.  Of course the theme is Anything Christmas and we hope you'll come join in the fun!

Here's a fun inspiration board we've created to help get you started ...

SO many ideas in this mood board today!
I loved the three light blue candles in the upper right corner but
instead of using candles, I decided to use Poinsettias.

I've had this PoppyStamps 'Stitched Poinsettia Trio' die set (#1608) in my stash
for many years and don't use it often enough.  I chose to use a 12x12 snowflake designer paper (JoAnn's) to die cut my flowers since I spotted some texture/image on the blue candles in the photo.  Here's a close up of the stitching ... makes such a beautiful flower after a little conditioning.

To create this grouping, I actually used a small circle die cut (like the Tutti Designs one I used for my sentiment panel) and after cutting my pieces I put them all together on top that circle then glued the circle to the center of my frame.  The red bow was laying on the work table so used it too!  lol

PLEASE be sure to pop over to THE BLOG and check out the amazing designs our design team has created for your inspiration.  What a group of talented ladies!!  Then come join in the fun!!
