This morning I decided to join in the fun new challenge over on the Addicted to CAS challenge blog. Here's what they're requiring this time around . . .
My pattern is honeycomb. I've used my new (and fun) January kit from Hero Arts. You'll be seeing more cards using this kit in the weeks to come. Unfortunately the kit is sold out, but you can still purchase some awesome coordinating stamps & dies ... check it out HERE. This is what the kit looked like and I'm SO HAPPY I jumped on the chance ... it sold out REALLY FAST!
My card pretty much speaks for itself but if you have any questions, just leave me a comment. We are to get a snow storm over the next few days so that will give me a good excuse to get ahead on my design team commitments.
Thanks so much for stopping by today!
Please stay safe & healthy!
As always . . .
I am crazy about bees. I see it's one of the challenges in June, can't wait. Your card is fabulous and I love how that bee is colored. Those wings really pop.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful job Darlene! Love it! Wonderful honeycomb background and the bee is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteThis is so beautiful and well designed. I love the bee theme.
ReplyDeleteDear Darlene
ReplyDeleteBe it the pattern, the colouring or the bee it is perfect. Stay warm and safe.
with love and gratitude
Love your pattern and the cute bee with it, I meant to use mine last spring and never did, must do that this year :)
ReplyDeleteI love your card SO MUCH and the kit is awesome! Had I seen it I would have bought it, too. I miss a lot because I don't follow many company blogs, sigh. May have to check out some of the product. You are inspiring, as always!
ReplyDeleteI love bees Darlene and I love a honeycomb pattern too. Your card has lots of texture and depth which I love, but remains beautifully CAS. Really like the way you coloured the bee's wings too - makes him very special. Thanks for coming to play at ATCAS this fortnight! Vicky x
ReplyDeleteYou CAS card is stunning. I had to pop over to see where you got the bee stamp. This looks like a great kit. Have fun with it!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful execution Darlene! Inspiring CAS card.
