Tutti Designs - Celebrate

Hello Friends!

Today I'm sharing a fun & easy creation using a couple

older die sets from Tutti Designs.

The die sets I've used are:

and

Celebrate Word Set

My background panel was created by using Ken Oliver Color Burst powders.
