Friendship

 Happy Saturday Everyone!

Earlier this week I received my order from the Dies R Us Store and just couldn't wait to create a card using one of the new stencils I purchased.  It's a stencil by Paper Rose called 'Sweet Foliage' (#19739) and unfortunately it's already Out of Stock.  But be sure to pop over and check out all the various stencils available at the DRU store!

Paper Rose Sweet Foliage 6X6 Stencil 19739 | Stencils & Embossing | Paper Rose Crafting & Stamping Supplies from Simon Says Stamp.

By masking off a portion of this 6x6 stencil, I was able to create a border on the side of my card.  I've used TH distress oxide inks and large sponge daubers to create my border.

I then used a Penny Black sentiment stamp and turquoise Nuvo crystal drops to complete my card.

Challenges to share in:

Such a fun & easy card to create!  I think I'll make a few more
with different sentiments for upcoming Fall shows.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!
I hope you're having a fabulous weekend!

  5. That is so pretty, I sure do love the soft curve that you masked off of the stencil, gives it much more interest than straight down. Sweet sentiment and love the touch with the nuvo drops!
