Hello Friends!
Today I'm sharing a wedding card. June wedding season is right around the corner and I want to be prepared! LOL Back
on January 27th Tutti Designs was showcased on the UK Hochanda TV
Show. Today's card and the cards I will be sharing with you in weeks
to come were created for that event, using a variety of dies available
at the Tutti Designs Store.
I've made a slimline card today since I don't have slimline cards in my sale box of wedding cards and personally I think they are unique and I'm sure would be perfect if you were just wanting to gift the happy couple with some MOOLA $$$.
I started out die cutting my white 9 x 7 1/2" base card, then a mat of black card stock and next a white die cut panel using one of the larger dies from the Tutti's Slimline Cross Stitch Rectangles die set.
Then onto my Dancing Couple to set the scene. My dancing couple needed something to 'anchor' them so I thought this extra piece of red die cut lace would do the trick. Please notice that the swirls, hearts & stars that popped out from her gown were used as accents around them. (Waste not, want not) LOL
Now all my wedding card needed was a sentiment and the Tutti Designs Best Wishes Word Set worked perfectly!!
Oh and I nearly forgot to mention and as you can see in the enlargement above, I have swiss dot embossed the white background panel for added texture.
Please be sure to pop over to the Tutti Designs Store and check out all of the fabulous dies available. Need more inspiration? The team has something new to share on the Tutti Designs Blog EVERY DAY MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY!
Pop in often and see for yourself ... what a talented group of designers!!
