Can You Handle the Pressure - Twist/Birthday

Hello Friends, thanks for stopping by today!

We have a new challenge starting today over on our new Can You Handle The Pressure Challenge Blog and the TWIST theme is ...

BIRTHDAYS

Remember, the twist is optional but you MUST use an embossing folder on our projects to qualify for the prize.  Heat embossing is also permitted but only in conjunction with an embossing folder.

Here's what I've created to inspire you today.

Though difficult to see in my photo, I have used a very OLD Darice Happy Birthday embossing folder (1215-45).  I embossed it once on white card stock then again on the royal blue card stock in order to replace the sentiment with the blue panel.

Then, I went into my scrapbooking supplies and found these fun birthday stickers.  I've tucked a piece of blue/white bakers twine under the yellow balloon for dimension.  Easy peasy and fun!

I do hope you'll come check out our challenge blog and play along.
AND yep ... we will be offering prizes at our challenges ... that's always a fun surprise!

Here's today's prize offering . . .

Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by today,
I appreciate it more than you'll ever know!!

As always . . .

  3. What a fun card! The embossing folder is a keeper, and the cute stickers are a quick way to dress up a card. I have a few that need to be used, too.
