Tutti Designs - Birdie Trio

 Hello Friends!

Today I'm sharing a couple more cards which were created for an upcoming episode (Oct 27th) on the UK Hochanda TV show.  In fact, I'll be sharing all those creations with you over the next few weeks as I'm sure some of my team mates will be doing the same.

Using the same die, today I've created a 'holiday' card as well an 'everyday' card that can be used for a variety of occasions.

This first card was designed with the holidays in mind.  By using plaid designer paper for the background and die cutting my die from both green & red card stock then doing a little fussy cutting and paper piecing.  My mat panel using the Stitched Postage die set was 'dotted' with Nuvo White Crystal Drops to mimic falling snow.  Hope you like it!

Dies used:
TUTTI-102 Birdies Trio

TUTTI-618 Stitched Postage

For my second card, I've joined together this fabulous Birdies Trio with some pretty designer paper.  I've added a touch of sparkle to each little flower and turned my sentiment square to create a diamond shape.  Something just a little bit different!

Please be sure to pop over to the Tutti Designs Store and check out all of the fabulous dies available. Need more inspiration?  The team has something new to share on the Tutti Designs Blog  EVERY DAY MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY!

  5. Oh, wow, these cards look so good! I made an anniversary card with this bird trio recently, but haven't photographed it yet. Suddenly all the fall stuff happened at once. I love how you turned them into Christmas simply by coloring the die and using the plaid. I could do that! Thanks for the inspiration, Darlene!

  6. I just came across this bird set the other day and thought spring but so glad you showed how it can be used all year around, love the winter feel you gave to it in the first card, love the added snow look!
The second is just gorgeous too, love how you have paired it with the pretty papers and like the sentiment stamped on point like that!
