Wild Birthday

Hello Friends and welcome back!
Today I thought I'd join in a couple of fun challenges and created
a card that will go in the sale box under the Men's Birthday category.  I never
seem to have enough masculine birthday cards when it comes show time
so I'm going to get a jump on it this year.

Product used in this creation:

Amy Design - Dies - Wild Animals - Wild Animals

Sentiment is from the Gina K 'Wild About You' Stamp set.
3M dimensional tape
paint brushes & Tim Holtz water spritzer bottle
Spectrum Noir alcohol markers were used to color the animals

Other challenges to share in:
2 Crafty Critter Crazies Challenge #11 - ATG with a Critter
2 Sisters on the Blog Challenge #12  - Masculine
Creatalicious Challenge #133 - ATG with optional boy/man
Tinker-Dream Challenge #62 - Birthday
Mod Squad Challenge - Animal Fun

Thanks for stopping by ... hope you've found inspiration in my designs!
As always . . .

You have dies for every conceivable theme/subject/occasion, don't you? I guess maybe I'm that way with stamps. I did kind of a Noah's Ark thing when I purged, but I for sure have more flowers than anything else. But, I digress... Love how you did the background and overlaid the narrow frame. Perfect sentiment. You can never have too many sentiments. This is a great masculine birthday card, Darlene!

Darlene you've created such a great African Savanah scene for this masculine card. Love the Wild Animals die set from Dies R' Us. Wonderful way to pull a picture together. Love the brushed background and the framing. Thanks so much for joining us at the Watercooler Wednesday "Masculine" Anything Goes Challenge this week.

Oh my, Darlene, what a wonderful African Savannah scene! That background colouring brings the foreground to life. Love the narrow pierced rectangle which you've used to frame the centre of the scene. Love the silhouette of the tree and the bird. Colouring the die-cut animals was a brilliant choice and adds to the realism. Love it! Thanks so much for joining our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week.
