Hello All...
It's time once again for a new challenge
Birds and/or Bees
Today, I'm inspired by the feeling of HOPE when I see
the beautiful red cardinals flying around through these cold
February days and they remind me that there is hope of better days ahead!
The Dies R Us dies I've used on today's card are:
Impression Obsession - Birch Trees
Penny Black - Elegant Stitching
Sue Wilson - Expressions - Friendship
Sizzix Tim Holtz - Friendship Words: Script

I enjoy the ability to mix & match these word dies to many times
be able to say exactly what I'm feeling!
And, how much fun is the 'twiggy' stitching around these Penny Black rectangle dies!
Something a little different from the usual straight or criss cross stitching I use so often.
I've also sponged a bit of white craft ink onto the blue panel to give
the illusion of winter time clouds in the bright blue winter sky.
I do hope you'll come join in this fun challenge and
if you need more inspiration ... be sure to pop over and see what
our design team has created for you!
Hope to see you there!
This is stunning Dar! I love the red, white and blue color scheme on this sweet card. Why have I not seen these words in the store? I'm off to check them out. Thanks for enabling me. ;0)

ReplyDeleteWhat a fun challenge -- birds and bees. It kinda goes right along with Valentine's Month, doesn't it? This is beautiful, and what a wonderful sentiment with it.
ReplyDeleteAdorable, love the colours and the dies used!
ReplyDeleteSo sweet, we have them here year around, must be why the baseball team is the cardinals.
ReplyDeleteThose stitching dies are pretty neat, so hoping spring comes soon!
Love the twiggy dies. Such a pretty card. Love the white clouds on your bright blue background. We have two little pairs of cardinals that visit all year 'round. They seem to be the same cute little couples that have been here for about 2 years now. Makes my day when I look out the window and see them perched on our trees and shrubs.
ReplyDeleteHave an awesome day!
