Can You Handle the Pressure - Twist/Red and/or Pink

Hello Friends, thanks for stopping by today!

We have a new challenge starting today over on our new Can You Handle The Pressure Challenge Blog and the TWIST theme is ...

RED / PINK

Remember, the twist is optional but you MUST use an embossing folder on our projects to qualify for the prize.  Heat embossing is also permitted but only in conjunction with an embossing folder.

Here's what I've created to inspire you today.

This card came together so quickly ... especially since I had this gorgeous red rose (RAK from my friend Doni High - Lime Green Giggles) sitting on my work table just waiting to be turned into a card of Love.  In my pile of scraps I spotted this length of pink card stock so used it in my OLD Darice hearts embossing folder for my embossed element.  A quick Tutti Designs 'Love' sentiment and my card is ready to bring a smile!

I will ask Doni the die she used to create this beautiful flower and let you know.

I do hope you'll come check out our challenge blog and play along.
AND yep ... we will be offering prizes at our challenges ... that's always a fun surprise!

Here's today's prize offering . . .

Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by today,
I appreciate it more than you'll ever know!!

As always . . .

  3. Wow, what a way to create. Something from here and another thing from there. But to finish with a spit and polished creation is the real trick.

  5. That is the most amazing, exquisite rose! I've seen it several times on blogs but I can't recall who makes it. The sweetest pink heart panel down the side, too. Some things are just timeless. This is the prettiest card, Darlene!

  6. Love the card you made with the rose I gave you. The rose was made with a die set from Honey Bee Stamps called Lovely Layers Roses.
