Double D - Sunflowers

  Hello Dear Friends!

It's time once again for a new challenge over on the Double D Challenge Blog!
Here's today's theme:

Sunflowers

and here's an inspiration board created to help get you started . . .

Aren't sunflowers the most beautiful Fall flower?
Nothing makes me smile and feel warm hearted as much as a field of sunflowers and there are several of them in my area!  Every year when driving over to my annual family reunion, I drive past acres & acres of sunflowers ... what a sight to see!!

Anyways, I've used a beautiful panel of designer paper (thanks Diane) from the Crafters Companion 'Sunflower Collection - Natures Garden'.  My sentiment is by Rubbernecker and I've added a few Nuvo drops.

When you have designer paper this pretty, there's no need to cover it up with other stuff!!

Remember, it's a random draw for the winner so it could be YOU!!

You'll want to be sure to pop over to the Double D Challenge Blog to see all the details and amazing samples offered up by our VERY TALENTED design team ladies!!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Hope to see you at Double D!

  As always . . .

  5. Beautiful! Pretty panel of sunflowers, foliage and other mixed flowers. The pop of blue really enhances the yellows. Love the script sentiment.

  6. Wowie, that is some gorgeous paper and, heck no, I wouldn't want to cover it up! I would love to see those fields of sunflowers, but for now I'm happy with the patch growing in a neighborhood garden. It's such a cheerful sight! It's good to be back with the team!
