Here's a fun inspiration board we've created to help get you started ...
WOW! So many directions I could have gone today with the images in this mood board but then I spotted a image that I had stamped AND colored long ago that would work perfectly. The image is from an old (circa 2006) Northwood Stamp and I'm assuming I colored it with my Spectrum Noir alcohol markers.
As you can see, I did touch up the color of the Blue Jays and though difficult to see in the photo, I added a touch of sparkle too.
The background panel was created using a Tim Holtz stencil and TH oxide distress ink. The poinsettia corner dies are by Sue Wilson (CED3109).

This is a lovely card, Darlene. I like the framing with the swirly flourishes and those cute little blue jays!

ReplyDeletePerfect stamp for the challenge. I love the addition of the blue birds and how they pop of the design. Its always the extras you add that makes your cards so special.
